SPDT switches is a three terminal switch which is used to control two different lines mechanically unlike a relay which is controlled by the low voltage signal from a microcontroller. Similarly, DPDT are similar to SPDT switches but instead of controlling only one line in a particular direction we can control two lines. The Toggle Switch can be used for controlling a process and changing the parameters of it. This is a DPDT switch which means that we can control four different lines and it only has two position to control them. It is perfect to be used in DIY applications, in control systems, mode changing, switching operations etc.
