The CD4069 device consist of six CMOS inverter circuits. These devices are intended for all general-purpose inverter applications where the medium power TTL-drive and logic-level-conversion capabilities of circuits such as the CD4009 and CD4049 hex inverter and buffers are not required. It is suitable for medium speed applications as propagation delay time is 30ns at 10V and it will increase as the voltage level goes down. Maximum Input current is 10mA over its working temperature range. Max Input voltage is 15V for this IC. It has high noise immunity of 0.45V. It has 6 NOT gates inside single Package which can be used when you require logical inverting, pulse shaping, oscillator circuits and high input impedance circuits.
